System Mapping: A Training for Mental Health Professionals

This upcoming training on October 18th (11:30am EST to 2pm EST) will be for mental health professionals who are looking for more tools and resources to help them improve their clinical work with clients that live with dissociative identity disorder or OSDD/partial DID. We will cover a variety of mapping techniques such as how to track how is fronting and how often, circles of Trust to know who trusts who within a system, ways to utilize Katarina Lundgren's Wheel of Tolerance, emotional mapping, internal world mapping, and more! Cost is $50.

System Coaching

Coaching is a process to improve skills and achieve goals. System coaching is all about focusing on your skills of internal communication and internal cooperation to achieve your life goals. Coaching is NOT the same as therapy, and coaching sessions will not focus on trauma or trauma processing. Participation in system coaching does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

Length: 1 hour per week for 8 weeks  Cost: $240 ($30/hour)
